Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ace778 ("ace778", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ace778 online sports betting and casino platform available at https://ace778.cam (the "Platform").

ace778 is an English-language platform designed to serve users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions where access to the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. The Platform offers sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other disciplines — alongside a live casino section featuring live dealer tables, slot games and other gaming categories, all displayed with PKR as the native currency reference.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ace778, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or the laws applicable to you.
2. You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, legal entity or third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ace778 or by any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of ace778 or any of its affiliated entities, unless prior written approval has been obtained.

Account Registration

Each individual User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any pending winnings and potential permanent ban.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current registration information including your legal name, date of birth, email address and contact details.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ace778 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

ace778 reserves the right to refuse registration at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to the Platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless the unauthorised activity results from a proven security failure on our part. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ace778 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its applicable licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) controls. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request made by ace778 at any time, including but not limited to:

• Submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (Pakistani CNIC or passport).
• Submission of recent proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or equivalent dated within the last three months).
• Completion of a selfie or liveness check matching your submitted identity document.
• Verification of any payment method used on the Account.

Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, secure HTTPS verification portal. ace778 will never request document submission via live chat, email or any unsecured channel. You must not submit altered, cropped, doctored or expired documents. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent closure of the Account and reporting to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. ace778 may place a temporary hold on Account funds pending verification. We recommend completing verification early to avoid delays at withdrawal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed in PKR through payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. Familiar payment references for Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-enabled bank transfers, and major bank accounts such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are listed for contextual familiarity only. These institutions do not endorse, facilitate or partner with ace778. You must verify availability directly in the cashier before transacting.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. Third-party deposits (funding an Account using payment methods registered to another person) are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) full KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) availability of the selected payment method. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed. ace778 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals must be made to the same account or method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering measure. ace778 does not bear liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Bonuses & Promotions

ace778 may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific Promotion terms, the specific Promotion terms prevail.

General principles applicable to all Promotions include:

• Promotions are available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each Promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account and subject to a Wagering Requirement before they can be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier and qualifying markets are specified per Promotion.
• ace778 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Users found to be abusing Promotions — including through multiple accounts, systematic low-risk strategies to extract bonus value or collusion — will have Bonus Funds voided and may face Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from them are subject to maximum cashout limits unless stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on ace778 are subject to these Terms and the sport-specific and market-specific rules published in the Platform's Help Center. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that market.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not considered accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number in the Platform. ace778 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, manifest odds errors or suspected irregular activity.

8.2 Odds Errors

In the event that a bet is placed at odds materially different from the correct market price due to a system error or data feed failure, ace778 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake at the correct PKR amount, regardless of whether the bet was a winner.

8.3 Event Cancellations

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the operator's defined settlement window or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the Platform's published settlement rules for that sport. Live bets are settled on the result at the time of suspension unless the full event is completed.

8.4 Cricket and PSL Markets

For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and T20 internationals — ball-by-ball and innings-level markets are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the sports betting section. Users are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing in-play bets during live fixtures.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ace778 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other system to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, sports corruption or any form of betting manipulation.
• Exploiting system errors, glitches or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or financial crime purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Allowing any third party to access, use or operate your Account.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting ace778 support to resolve the matter.

ace778 reserves the right to close any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, void all associated bets and balances, and report the matter to applicable authorities without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of ace778 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from ace778.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace778 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, errors or unavailability.
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data feeds, odds or sports information displayed on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Any losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

ace778 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with tools to manage their activity. We take problem gambling seriously and have integrated the following controls into the Platform:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on funds deposited.
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum net loss over a defined period.

• Self-exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself for a defined period or permanently.
• Reality checks — receive periodic reminders of time spent on the Platform.

Suspension & Closure

13.1 By ace778

ace778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) a User has breached these Terms; (b) ace778 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) fraudulent, irregular or suspicious activity is detected; or (d) ace778 determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, any remaining balance attributable to Prohibited Conduct may be withheld pending investigation. Balances representing confirmed legitimate funds will be returned in accordance with our withdrawal procedures.

13.2 By the User

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled, outstanding wagering requirements assessed and any remaining legitimate balance processed for withdrawal subject to KYC completion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace778 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For users in Pakistan, we reiterate that ace778 does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani authority, and access to the Platform may be subject to local legal restrictions. ace778 makes no warranty that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.

Amendments to These Terms

ace778 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
